This 60-minute virtual consultation is the first and most important step in your puppy training journey. It’s designed to give us the time and space to really understand you, your puppy, and what you both need for a happy life together.
During this session, we’ll go beyond basic advice — we’ll dive into your specific setup, lifestyle, and training goals so we can build a completely bespoke and realistic training plan that works for you.
Whether you’ve just welcomed your puppy home or you're already encountering early challenges, this consultation is tailored to your situation, your puppy’s personality, and your family’s needs.

This six-session training package is perfect for puppy owners who are ready to invest in long-term, personalised support to give their dog the very best start to life. Designed to help you tackle two key training challenges in more depth — such as potty training, crate training, puppy biting, or early signs of reactivity — this package also gives you the flexibility to cover a wider range of behaviours as your puppy grows.
Whether your puppy is just starting out or entering adolescence, this programme is designed to grow with them — sessions can be spaced out and used any time across a 12-month period, allowing for developmentally timed support through all the important milestones of puppyhood and beyond.

This nine-session package is designed to guide you and your puppy through the whole first year — from those early weeks to the trickier adolescent stage. Whether you’re already seeing challenging behaviours or just want to stay ahead with proactive, positive training, this plan gives you the time, structure, and support you need.
Puppy behaviours like crate training, toilet training, biting, jumping, or early reactivity often need more than a couple of sessions to resolve. With this package, you can focus extra support early on (2–3 sessions in the first month if needed) and use the remaining sessions as your puppy grows and new challenges appear.
